C-SC, which fell to St Ambrose 16-15 during the regular season, started quickly in the first quarter, scoring four of the first five goals to lead 4-1 early. However the Bees netted the last two goals of the quarter to pull within 4-3 after 15 minutes.
The Wildcats continued their offensive assault with four more goals in the second quarter and took an 8-5 lead to the locker room at halftime. Leading scorer Kaelin Quarles led the uprising with five goals in the opening half. Addison Holm chipped in with three goals in the half.
