Carmack, Judd Compete at Hawkeye Invitational

Two Culver-Stockton women's track and field athletes competed in the Hawkeye Invitational at the University of Iowa Saturday afternoon in Iowa City, Iowa.

Senior Malia Carmack competed in the 800-meter run and finished sixth overall, while junior Kinlie Judd competed in the pole vault and placed fourth overall.

Carmack registered a season-best time of 2:37.40 in the 800 run. Judd cleared her first height of 9 feet, 4 1/4 inches.

The full Wildcat team is scheduled to return to action next Saturday, Jan. 17, in the Bumble Rumble at Saint Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. The first events are set to begin at 11 a.m.
