The Culver-Stockton women's lacrosse team fell to second-ranked Benedictine College 27-1 Thursday afternoon in Atchison, Kan.
The Wildcats were outshot 43-5 in the match and the Ravens held a 24-7 edge in draw controls. Benedictine score 12 goals in the first period and seven more in the second quarter to lead 19-0 at the intermission.
The Wildcats notched their only goal of the game early in the fourth quarter when Addison Holm scored an unassisted goal.
The Wildcats (7-5 overall and 3-2 in the Heart) are scheduled to play Missouri Baptist University this Thursday, April 3, in Canton, Mo. Game time is slated for 4 p.m. at Ellison Poulton Stadium.
