Moore ins Second Straight Individual Tournament Title

Rachel Moore claimed her second straight individual tournament championship to lead the Culver-Stockton women's bowling team to. third place finish at the NAIA West Open in Lawrence, Kan., Saturday and Sunday.

Moore averaged 220.4 pins per game in five team games on Saturday, rolling games of 255, 278 and 208 inner first three game. She finished the five-game series with.games of 182 and 179 for 1102 total pins.

Jersey Lessenger complimented the effort of Moore by recording a five-game average of 190.2 pins per game. Lessenger rolled a high game of 203 on her way to a 951 five game total. Katelin Valentine had a 224 game and finished with a five-game average of 182.8, while Natalie Albers had a 228 game for a five-game average of 180.4.

C-SC totaled 4,724 total pins in five team games for an average of 944.8 pins per game. In 25 baker games on Sunday, the Wildcats garnered 4,373 total pins an average of 174.9.

The Wildcat will compete in their final regular season tournament next Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 14-15 at the Hoosier Classic in Indianapolis, Ind.
