Oetting Named to College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team
Culver-Stockton College guard Avery Oetting was named on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Women's Basketball Team, the organization announced on Tuesday.
The honor requires a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and a substantial contribution to the team's on-court success.
Oetting, a senior accounting major from Hallsville, Mo., started all 30 games for the Wildcats this season, averaging 13.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 2.0 steals per game. She was an All-Heart of America Athletic Conference first team selection.
Oetting was selected as a finalist and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 15, 2026.
