Governors States Beats Men's Volleyball in Non-Conference Match
Governors State University posted a 25-17, 25-21, 23=25, 25-11 non-conference victory over the Culver-Stockton men's volleyball team Friday night at Charles Field House.
The Wildcats committed 22 attack errors to go along with just 32 kills on 105 attempts for a .095 success rate. By contrast, the Jaguars totaled 134 attempts and had 66 kills against 21 errors for a .336 attack percentage.
Henry Reeves led the offense with six kills while Zach Kowalewicz and Clyde Harold registered five terminations each. Ten different players recorded a kill for the Wildcats. Matt Reese led the setters with 19 set assists.
C-SC is scheduled to travel to St. Louis, Mo., this Tuesday, Feb. 24, to play Missouri Baptist University in a Heart of America Athletic Conference match. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
