Men's Track and Field Returns at Bumble Rumble
The Culver-Stockton men's track and field team competed at the Bumble Rumble hosted by Saint Ambrose University Saturday afternoon in Davenport, Iowa.
Distance Shivneel Dutt was the most active Wildcat on the day, finishing in the top eight in two different events. Dutt placed fifth in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 3:05.02, finishing ahead of teammate Chase Lake who was sixth with a time of 3:10.06. In the 5,000-meter run, Dutt placed sixth overall with a time of 17:15.02.
In other events, Cade Packard finished eighth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 52.02, while Jailan Reynaga finished eighth in the 600-meter run with a time of 1:29.23.
In the relays, the Wildcats placed third in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:30.60.
C-SC is scheduled to compete in the Hilltop Invitational next Saturday, Jan. 24, at Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa. First events are slated to begin at 11 a.m.
