Alex Englen to Play Soccer for Wildcats
Culver-Stockton College men's soccer coach Blake Ordell announced today that Alex Englen has signed a letter of intent to attend school and play for the Wildcats, beginning with the 2014-15 school year.
Englen, a 5-foot-9, 165-pound defender from Olathe, Kan. (Olathe Northwest HS) played four years with the Ravens, lettering his senior season. In addition, he played club soccer for KC Infusion where he served as team captain for four seasons. Englen plans to pursue a degree in psychology.
Culver-Stockton, located in Canton, Mo., is affiliated with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and is a member of the 10-team Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC) featuring colleges and universities in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska.
