Men's Golf Ends Season at Heart Tournament
The Culver-Stockton men's golf team completed the 2025-26 season at the Heart of America Athletic Conference Championships April 27-28 at the Paradise Pointe Golf Complex in Smithville, Mo.
The Wildcats carded a 54 hole total of 138-over 1002 to finish 13th in the 13-team field. C-SC's best score came in the final round when they recorded 323 strokes as a team to finish. The Wildcats shot 333 in the first round and followed that up with a 345 in round two. Missouri Valley captured the team title with a score of 9-under 855.
Individually, the best finish for the Wildcats came from Kenny Tucker who placed 54th overall with a 31-over 247 score. Tucker got off to a fast start and was a 3-over after 18 holes.
Brady Walker ended his tournament tied for 55th with a score of 33-over 249. Walker's best round came during the third round when he recorded a 6-over 78. Rioth Wort placed 57th overall 36-over 242. His best round was also the third round when he carded a 10-over 82.
Austin Strubbe and Alten Lowman made up the final two spots for the Wildcats. Strubbe finished 58th overall and Lowman finished 59th overall. Strubbe registered a 38-over 254 overall, shooting 6-over 78 on the final day. Lowman carded a 55-over 271, turning in a best score of 13-over 85 in the final round.
