The Culver-Stockton College men's basketball team scored a season-high 105 points in a 105-93 victory over Mount Mercy University Thursday night at the Hennessey Recreation Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

In addition to the total points, the Wildcats set a plethora of season-bests in the victory, including most points scored in the first half (45) and second half (60), 3-pointers made in a game (14), and free throws attempted (32). It is the first time the Wildcats have topped the 100-point plateau since Jan. 24, 2024, against William Penn University. With the victory, the Wildcats sweep the season series for the second consecutive season and have won five of the last six meetings.

All 11 players who played for the Wildcats scored with four players reaching double figures. Connor Davis, the Heart's leading scorer, led the way with 26 points. It is the 12th time this season he has scored 20 or more points in a game. Davis was only 6-for-16 from the field but was 5-for-9 from the 3-point arc and a perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line.

Ryan Stevenson garnered 18 points, reaching double figures for the 15th time this season, while Tai Walters Whitaker had 15 markers, seven rebounds and three assists.

Martez Rhodes was the fourth player in double figures for C-SC, coming off the bench to register 16 points, including 14 in the first half. The Wildcats doubled up the Mustangs in bench scoring 30-15.

The Wildcats are slated to play their final home game of the 2024-25 season this Saturday, Feb. 15, against MidAmerica Nazarene University. Game time is set for 4 p.m. at Charles Field House.
