Norris Named to All-Tournament Team
Culver-Stockton College guard Marshawn Norris was named to the 10-member all-tournament team at the 76th Buffalo Funds-NAIA Men's Division I Basketball National Tournament Tuesday night.
Norris, a 5-10 senior from Jackson, Mich. (Napoleon HS / Quincy University), averaged 22 points, 6.7 rebounds and 7.7 assists in three games during the tournament. He shot 44 percent from the field and 82 percent from the free throw line.
The Wildcats, who advanced to the national tournament for the first time since 1959, won two games before falling to eventual national champion Georgetown(Ky.) 86-82 in the quarterfinals.
