Baseball Falls to Lindenwood in Non-Conference Action

Six Culver-Stockton College pitchers allowed 22 hits, including seven extra base hits, in a 16-6 non-conference loss to Lindenwood University (Mo.) Tuesday afternoon at Nichols Field.

The Wildcats recorded 11 hits of their own in the nine inning game with Dominick Minogue collecting three hits in five at-bats. Nay Seldomridge garnered two hits, including a double, two runs scored and two runs batted in for the hosts. Jake Hillier also recorded two hits for the Wildcats.

C-SC (10-26) is slated to start a four-game Heart of America Athletic Conference series at Graceland University this weekend, April 11-12, in Lamoni, Iowa. The Wildcats will play back-to-back-doubleheaders Saturday and Sunday. First pitch is scheduled for 1 p.m. each day.
