Forty-one Fall Athletes Named Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes

Kansas City, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) proudly announced the 2025 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes for fall sports. This honor recognizes student-athletes in each of the fall sports who have excelled academically including football, men's cross country, men's soccer, women's cross country, women's soccer and women's volleyball.

To qualify as a Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athlete, students must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, appear on the eligibility certificate for their sport, and have attended their institution for at least one full year. This year, the list features an impressive number of student-athletes who have met these rigorous standards.

Culver-Stockton College boasted 41 fall Daktronics Scholar-Athletes in the six fall sports sponsored by the institution.

Football led all sports with 18 scholar-athletes recognized while women's soccer and men's soccer contributed eight scholar-athletes each. Women's cross country and women's volleyball garnered three scholar-athletes, and men's cross country had one scholar-athlete. 

The Heart of America Athletic Conference had 690 Daktronics Scholar-Athletes, ranking second among all conferences behind Great Plains Athletic Conference, which totaled 693 scholar-athletes.
