Seventy-two Student Athletes Earn Academic Honors from Heart

The Heart of America Athletic Conference is pleased to announce that 1,126 student-athletes from across the conference have been honored for their academic achievements by being named Heart Scholar-Athletes for the 2024-25 academic year.

Culver-Stockton had 72 honorees earn the distinction during the 2024-25 season. Football and baseball led the men's program's with 11 selections each, while softball paced the women's programs with nine honorees.

To qualify for Heart Scholar-Athlete honors, a student must have a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher (on a 4.0 scale), accumulated a minimum of 60 credit hours, completed at least 5 semesters and attended the nominating institution for at least two semesters prior to being nominated. Additionally, the student-athlete have participated in a varsity competition in the sport for which they are being nominated for, and student-athletes competing as graduate students are also eligible for this award.
