CULVER-STOCKTON WILDCAT ATHLETICS

C-SC's Erickson Helps St. Louis Slam to National Championship Game for Second Straight Year

Culver-Stockton College is proud to announce that our very own Women's Lacrosse Head Coach, Caitlin Erickson, will be competing in the Women's Football Alliance (WFA) Pro National Championship game with the St. Louis Slam Women's Tackle Football Team. The game is slated for Saturday, July 26, at 2:00 PM EDT at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio, and will be aired on ESPN2.

Erickson, an offensive lineman, and the Slam are attempting to capture back-to-back championships after claiming the 2024 national championship. The Slam are set to face the D.C. Divas. St. Louis (7-0) defeated the Nebraska Pride 56-0 and the Minnesota Vixen 38-13 to advance to the title game. D.C. (6-2) upended the Tampa Bay Inferno 35-7 and the Pittsburgh Passion 35-34.

This championship game marks Caitlin's sixth appearance in her illustrious football career, having previously secured victories in 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2024. With 15 seasons of experience since she began playing in 2011, Caitlin's dedication and athleticism continue to shine both on the lacrosse field and the football field.

Culver-Stockton College takes immense pride in the achievements of our staff. The participation of Coach Erickson in this prestigious event is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and athletic prowess. We wish the St. Louis Slam the best of luck in the championship game and look forward to cheering on our Wildcat!
